ZenCover is a colorless coating designed to provide a protective layer for microcement surfaces, thanks to its property of allowing moisture to escape (negative pressure). The product is formulated based on water-based acrylic resins.
This product also acts as a pore-filling primer (tapaporos), enhancing the bond between the microcement layer and the ZenSealant 2K topcoat. It is an effective support for surface waterproofing.
ZenCover creates a protective film that prevents abrasive agents, moisture, or stains from damaging the microcement coating.

CONSUMPTION RATE
ZenCover (2-coat application): 0.12 L/m2
Preparation: The first step when applying ZenCover is to ensure the microcement surface is completely dry and free of dust. When performing the pre-sealing, pay attention to environmental conditions and the ventilation of the application area.
Waiting Time: Before applying ZenCover, wait at least 24 hours after finishing the final microcement layer.
Product Preparation: Shake the primer container well before use to homogenize the components and achieve maximum product performance.
Application Process:
ZenCover is applied in 02 coats using a roller.
The drying time between coats is 04 hours.
Afterward, proceed with 02 coats of ZenSealant 2K water-based polyurethane sealer to protect the coating and enhance its resistance.
