ONE-COMPONENT WATER-BASED POLYURETHANE SEALER – ZENSEALANT GO!
ZenSealant Go! is a one-component (monocomponent) water-based polyurethane sealer, exclusively designed to protect ready-mixed microcement surfaces in interior spaces.
The product provides very good water resistance as well as effective resistance to household cleaning agents. The coating maintains stability under the influence of ultraviolet (UV) rays and has quick-drying properties.
This is a very easy-to-apply water-based polyurethane sealer that significantly enhances the tone of surfaces created with the ZenReadyGo! ready-mixed microcement line.

Preparation Time: Wait for the final layer of ZenReadyGo! microcement to dry completely. Depending on weather conditions and the ventilation of the space, this period typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours.
Application Process:
Mixing: Stir ZenSealant Go! well before use.
Coats: Apply a total of 03 coats onto the microcement surface using a brush or a short-nap velour/microfiber roller.
Waiting Time: Allow 4 – 6 hours of drying time between coats.
Sanding: Use 400-grit sandpaper to lightly sand the 1st and 2nd coats.
Commissioning: Allow the surface to cure for 07 days before putting it into official use. This is the necessary time required for this water-based sealer to complete its full curing (curado) process.
Stain Prevention: To prevent marks or discoloration caused by soap and detergents, the surface must be rinsed clean immediately if these substances come into contact with the ZenSealant Go! coating.
Daily Cleaning: The surface can be easily cleaned using water and a pH-neutral soap.
Deep Cleaning:
For home floors, bathrooms, or kitchens: Use the specialized cleaning solution “ZenCleaner.”
For more stubborn stains in industrial areas or professional environments: Use the high-strength cleaner “ZenCleaner Plus.”
