ZenReady Go! is a ready-to-use microcement line that guarantees unrivaled performance. Regardless of the amount of product you use, not a single gram of material is wasted. You can store any unused material directly in its original container. The product will not harden and remains ready for future use.
The substrate must be level, solid, and clean. Remove all dust, grease, soap residue, and any loose or damaged existing paint from the walls.
Use the specialized mastic to fill the joints of ceramic or tiled surfaces.
Instruction: If the wall or floor is tiled, apply one coat. Allow it to dry for 24 hours.
Use the water-based primer to create the perfect bond for the microcement on walls or floors.
Instruction: Allow it to dry for 1 hour.
Stir the mixture well and apply two layers of the ready-to-use preparation microcement (allow 4–8 hours of drying time between each layer). Use a polycarbonate trowel or a fire-resistant (anti-burn) biflex steel trowel to spread and level the surface at a 45º angle. Sand each layer using 40-grit sandpaper.
Complete the surface decoration with two layers of the ready-to-use fine finishing microcement. Use the same type of trowel, the same angle, and adhere to the same drying times as in the previous step. Sand each layer using 220-grit sandpaper.
After 24 hours, protect the wall or floor surface by applying three coats of the single-component, water-based varnish, ZenSealant Go!.
Tool: Use a short-hair Velourex roller or a microfiber roller.
Important Note: Wait 3–4 hours between each coat. Once finished, allow the surface to cure for 7 days before putting it into full use.
