TILE GROUT FOR CERAMIC AND MOSAIC TILES – ZENJOINTER

With an acrylic base and low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, ZenJointer is a specialized joint filler line for filling the joints of ceramic and mosaic (gresite) tiles. It is a very easy-to-apply product, suitable for both interiors and exteriors, and especially retains its flexibility after drying completely.

The product provides the substrate with excellent water resistance and environmental moisture resistance. Thanks to its flexibility, ZenJointer can be used on many surfaces such as: ceramic tiles, mosaic tiles, ceramics, plaster, plasterboard (pladur), concrete, brick, mortar, and even painted surfaces.

This tile grout line is specially indicated before the application of the ZenReadyGo! ready-to-use microcement system.

Packaging: ZenJointer is currently available in 1.5 kg and 3 kg buckets.

APPLICATION METHOD FOR ZENJOINTER

1

SURFACE PREPARATION

Check the cleanliness of the substrate and perform a thorough cleaning. At the same time, ensure that the substrate (old tile layer, stone…) has a stable structure and is free from hollow spots or cracks.

2

MIXING AND FILLING THE JOINTS

  • Use a trowel or a putty knife to thoroughly stir ZenJointer.
  • Next, use the putty knife or a specialized grout float to fill the joints.
  • Note: Do not apply a thickness exceeding 4mm per coat.

3

DRYING TIME

  • This joint filler line for ceramic and mosaic tiles reaches a surface dry (touch dry) state after approximately 5 – 6 hours and dries completely after 8 – 10 hours.
  • However, if you plan to apply the ZenReadyGo! ready-to-use microcement system immediately afterward, we recommend allowing the surface to cure for 12 to 24 hours to ensure absolute stability.
