The combination of cement and resin creates our two-component microcement line, offering superior performance and exceptional workability. This is a “heavy-duty” material with excellent wear and heat resistance, lending spaces an air of elegance and unique personality.
This product system includes everything from base coats to finishing layers for both floors and walls, whether indoors or outdoors. With a diverse range of surface effects, you can transform any space exactly according to your design vision.
This is the #1 choice for high-durability areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, or facades. With Zenciment, applicators can create smooth, seamless surfaces with an unmatched quality of finish.
From sleek, polished surfaces and soft stucco cloud effects to rustic, rugged textures—Zenciment’s two-component microcement turns every project into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that stands out from the rest.
Zenciment Base is a specialized two-component microcement designed for surface preparation, featuring the coarsest particle sizes in our product system. It is a mandatory base layer that must always be applied before finishing coats such as MyWall, MyFloor, or MyRock.
With its characteristic coarse-grain texture, this product line allows for the creation of rustic and natural-looking surfaces. Beyond its role as a base coat, it is also ideal as a final finish if you want your project to possess a rugged, natural stone appearance. The greatest strength of Zenciment Base lies in its excellent mechanical load-bearing capacity and “super” adhesion on all types of substrates.
The product is currently available in 3 particle sizes: L, XL, and XXL, and is professionally packaged in 20 kg buckets.

Inspection: Ensure the substrate is clean, free of grease, and structurally sound/stable.
Priming: Apply an adhesion-promoting primer to create a bond between the old surface and the microcement base coat.
Use Zenciment Primer 100 for absorbent surfaces.
Use Zenciment Primer 200 for non-absorbent surfaces.
To ensure the correct consistency, follow these ratios per 10 kg of powder:
Zenciment Base L: 10 kg powder / 2.8 liters of Zenciment Resin.
Zenciment Base XL: 10 kg powder / 2.7 liters of Zenciment Resin.
Zenciment Base XXL: 10 kg powder / 2.7 liters of Zenciment Resin.
Zenciment Wall is a specialized microcement line for finishing, designed to create surfaces of high aesthetic value. Thanks to its ultra-fine particle size, this product produces a smooth surface, particularly suitable for walls and vertical facades. The product is currently available in three particle sizes: XS, S, and M.
The coating from Zenciment Wall delivers a look of pure elegance and a smooth, silky touch. It is the ideal material for recreating stucco effects, but with a more natural and authentic style.
It is safe to say that this is the “trump card” for minimalist, sophisticated spaces, while still ensuring superior crack resistance.

Zen Resin is an acrylic-based resin used as Component B for all two-component microcement products within the Zen system. It is a water-based formula and is completely free of harmful solvents.
Beyond its role as a mixing component, Zen Resin is also used as a primer for highly absorbent cementitious surfaces. Thanks to its high concentration, it effectively reinforces and stabilizes the substrate.
The product is available in white canisters with volumes of 10 liters and 25 liters.

To achieve a high-quality decorative finish with a consistent texture, the first step is to accurately determine the amount of resin required based on the weight (kg) of the microcement to be used. For absolute precision, always measure the resin using a graduated container or an electronic scale before starting the mixing process.
Use a portion of the pre-measured resin to mix with the pigment. This ensures that the pigment is completely homogenized and allows you to rinse and utilize any remaining color residue in the bottle, avoiding waste.
After ensuring all the pigment has been retrieved (by rinsing the container), pour the dissolved color mixture into the mixing bucket. The next step is to thoroughly stir the pigment and resin using an electric mixer to ensure the color is fully dispersed before adding the powder.
To complete the preparation process, gradually pour the microcement powder into the bucket containing the resin and pigment mixture. Then, continue mixing until you achieve a homogeneous, smooth, and lump-free paste.
